New Deals

Josef Witt GmbH has leased 15,721 sqm at the soon-to-be-redeveloped CTPark Weiden, marking the site’s full occupancy. The lease includes warehouse, office, and mezzanine spaces, highlighting CTP’s commitment to sustainable development and tenant diversity.

Ukraine’s Electro Cable Group has marked its Polish market entry by leasing 11,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze, investing over €14m and planning to employ over 140 people. This move highlights the company’s growth and the increasing Ukrainian business presence in Poland.

Huncargo Forwarding has increased its footprint at CTPark Budapest South to 27,000 sqm, reinforcing its commitment with an extended lease and additional space. This move, reflecting a strong partnership with CTP, bolsters Huncargo’s logistics capabilities in a key strategic location.

CTP has leased 40,000 sqm at CTPark Ostrava Hrušov to Vitesco Technologies for a new €190 million EV parts factory, marking a significant expansion in the Czech Republic’s automotive industry. Set to begin operations by end of 2024, this facility aims to bolster the region’s role in sustainable mobility and technological innovation.

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland in 2023.

CTP has agreed a deal with vertical farming company Growy for 4,750 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Amsterdam City, the pioneering 120,000 sqm last mile multi-layer building in the Western Docklands district of Amsterdam.

Serbia’s leading supermarket chain, Mercator, has secured a significant space with CTP, aiming to centralize its warehousing. Located in New Belgrade, CTPark Belgrade City will enhance efficiency for Mercator’s widespread retail operations.

Electronics specialist TRUMPF Huettinger secures a significant space in Kobyłka’s CTPark Warsaw East, intensifying its control cabinet production for Europe. This move mirrors the company’s robust growth, particularly in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.

Online liquor retailer, FineStore, collaborates with CTP to expand in a 10,000 sqm warehouse in CTPark Bucharest North, strengthening its reach throughout Romania. Positioned in a strategic logistics hub, this move boosts FineStore’s e-commerce efficiency.
